5150 Entertainment, is a karaoke and DJ/entertainment service located in Hamilton, Ontario. We proudly serve our hometown & the Southern Ontario area.
We may ask you to provide your name, email, phone number or otherwise identifiable information in order to fulfill your request or provide you a quote. We will never ask you for a username or confidential password, though due to the nature of our business, we may ask you to provide a credit card number over the phone. If paying an invoice by e-tranfer, the we will ask for the “password” or “key phrase” used to securely transfer funds – please do not confuse this with the confidential password you use for your online banking services. By submitting information to us, you agree to only submit your own information or the information of the company/persons you are authorized to act on behalf of. You further agree to receive communications from us in response to your inquiry and/or future promotional offers from us and/or our partners.

We may (or our contracted service provider(s) may) take photographs, video and or audio recordings of our services at your event or venue for the purposes of archiving our work and increasing easy customer access to a digital portfolio of the amazing entertainment we provide. You agree to allow us to publish these special moments with dignity, an in a manner consistent with only positive vibes. Should you wish not to be photographed or recorded, please advise us in writing prior to your scheduled event. The amazing media on this website is a combination of stock photographs, and special moments captured on-site.
Please note that if you engage with our services for your event, you will be asked to sign a further-binding contractual agreement. This contract may include terms such as a required deposit, cancellation notice, fees, important dates or other obligations to each other. In the digital age we’re living in, we mutually agree to be bound by a contract by virtue of “digitally signing”. Should we not be able to physically put pen to paper, or you are unable to use your smart-device to add your mark to a PDF file, we accept your email or text message as a binding “digital signature” to any proposed booking or provided agreement.
We recognize that the current pandemic might have an impact on your booked event. Subject to our booking availability too, we will do everything in our power to work with you to reschedule your event, services or contracted equipment rentals. Simply get in touch a minimum 72 hours before the scheduled start date and/or time of your event to see what’s what, and what can be done.
Failure to contact or communicate with us in time, or otherwise any type of “no show” will be subject to the full force of our contracts as agreed.
We reserve the sole, discretionary right to return or refund any “non-refundable” deposits, as set-fourth in our contracts, or offer credit for future service.
From time to time, 5150 Entertainment or our service provider may offer a promotional contest or a chance to “win” a prize. Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply:
How to Enter – No purchase necessary! You must be 16 year of age or older unless otherwise stated. Complete the interactive contact form provided or otherwise follow the instructions on the contest page/post. There is no charge to enter or engage with us digitally. If you interact with us through SMS (text message), we will charge you no fee for the interaction, though your standard carrier rates apply. To manually enter, email [email protected], with your full name, phone number, address and date of birth to confirm age eligibility.
Prizes – Must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitutions. We reserve the right to modify prize selection or offers for any reason, and at any time. Some prizes may be regulated by age (such as alcohol or casino prize packs), as such, please read the contest eligibility before entering. Underage winners will be disqualified without a substitution of prizes.
Odds – No odds of winning are offered, as each contest depends on the number of entries received. Best of luck!
How to Claim – If you are selected as a winner, you will be contacted by us directly. We will need to confirm your eligibility before providing a prize, which may include a skill-testing question. Failure to validate information (such as incorrect skill-testing answer, mismatch of entrant’s personal details etc.) will result in disqualification.
We must receive your booking request, signed contract and deposit (if applicable) before May 31, 2022. You will receive 100$ off our standard rates for any booking that takes place between the date of this promotional launch, and December 30, 2022.
